STAFFING: 12040 - CCLR s.19(1)(a) - A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: (a) a criminal record check for the person.
Observation: An employee's CRC is not site specific.
Corrective Action(s): This employee's CRC must be shared w/ the licensee, or a new one (addressed to the licensee) can be applied for. In the meantime, this employee cannot work alone w/ children or assist w/ diapering/toileting.

Observation: REPEAT VIOLATION from FIR #CGEE-C9HTQ4 (08/Dec/2021): Children's start dates only showed their enrolment month & year.
Corrective Action(s): Complete (month, day, & year) start dates must be documented.
