Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below.
All freezer units were holding food at -18C or below.
Hot hold units were holding hot food at above 60C.
Food were stored protected and off the floor.
Appropriate thawing method observed for quinoa rice - in the walk-in cooler.
QUAT sanitizer containers were available in all food preparation areas - all noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
High temperature dish machine was noted at 73.1C at the plate level and 180F at the rinse temperature gauge during the rinse cycle.
General cleanliness and organization excellent.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
An Assistant Manager (onsite at the time of inspection) has a valid FoodSafe level 1 certificate.
