Corrective Action(s): Clean mouse droppings and sanitize affected area with bleach. Operator is aware of pest issue and recently had pest control set up inside facility. Pest control company to service at least once a month (more frequently if needed).

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Three-compartment sink was properly set up for manual warewashing at time of inspection. 200 ppm chlorine detected in sanitizing sink.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Dry ingredient bins and scoops maintained in sanitary conditions. *Reminder single-use containers are not to be used as scoops, as they cannot be properly washed and sanitized for reuse.
