- Follow up inspection conducted and following were observed: - All handsinks are adequately stocked. - Sanitizer solution is available in front and back kitchen at 200ppm chlorine solution - Front prep cooler is now working and is measured at 4C or below - Food storage practices are satisfactory, all food stored off the floor, walkin cooler and other coolers are organized to prevent cross contamination NOTE: New high temperature is being inspection. Technician is on site. Follow up inspection to be conducted tomorrow to check the dishwasher. Until then, continue to use take out dishes only for serving food - Operator signature not required due to pandemic
