Observation: Mouldy grapes, debris under pallet racks in Produce walk in cooler. Metal racks also have mould/debris on the sides of the metal slats.
Dairy cooler has spilled milk/juice on plastic sheeting used over rollers for reach in cooler.
Food waste and spillage in the bulk foods section of the warehouse, as well as under pallets and shelving in the rest of the warehouse.
Corrective Action(s): Back warehouse needs a thorough cleaning especially the areas noted above.

All refrigerator and freezer temperatures meet requirements, general sanitation needs improvement, no indications of insect or rodent infestation, quaternary ammonium sanitizer readily available at 200 ppm, dishwasher for bulk food containers and scoops 80C at the plate surface.
