A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -12C or colder; thermometers present. - Kay 5, dry mix sanitizer used. None mixed up at time of inspection, but adequate supply on-site. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks, and non-foods stored separately or below foods. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - All in order.
