Follow-up inspection conducted: -All areas mentioned have been cleaned. Foils on shelves have been replaced. -Wooden shelf covered. OK. -200ppm chlorine solution available in buckets to hold wiping cloths. Ensure staff are using this solution to have all food prep surfaces sanitized before food prep in the morning and after each possible contamination during operation!
