Repair and servicing for the sandwich cooler is completed.
The product area in the back of top and 2nd shelf are at 4C and below but the front display area and 3rd shelf are at 7C, 10C and above.

It is recommended this fridge is used for low risk foods like pop or shelf stable food.
Storing potentially hazardous foods, such as cheese and meats, above 4C may result in pathogen growth and lead to foodborne illness.
All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C and below in a cooler unit.

Operator has decided to use this unit only for working sections of the fridge at 4C and below with small amount of inventory for now.
Continue to monitor and apply corrective action if needed.

Hand washing stations were fully stocked with paper towels, liquid soap and running hot and cold water at the time of inspection.
