Corrective Action(s): Install hinges on prep cooler lids. In the meantime, complete regular temperature checks of foods in top portion of cooler to ensure a temperature at 4C or colder is maintained. Please submit updated copy by May 4, 2024. 2) Please obtain ice wand for cooling * Permit fee ($250 VISA) paid at the time of inspection to the billing department. * Health Approval granted to operate.
