Exhaust canopy has been cleaned. Ensure inside canopy is cleaned more frequently to eliminate grease build up which could drip onto the food preparation surface. Ensure staff are checking utensils daily for potential damage and immediately discarding damaged utensils. As per previous inspection report, Manager stated new durable utensils have been ordered.
