- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius (with exception of the prep cooler used for storing tomatoes, sauces, & pickles--11 degrees Celsius)
*Temperature of this unit was adjusted at time of inspection. Temperature has dropped to 8 degrees Celsius. Please continue monitoring the temperature to ensure that it reaches and maintains a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or lower.
- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration
*It is recommended to dilute the bleach sanitizer with water to obtain a 100ppm concentration solution. Using stonger concentrations can create strong odours and cause skin irritation.
**Mix 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1 Litre of water to obtain a 100ppm solution.
