Observation: Food In the walk in cooler need to be protected during storage. All ready to eat food need to be covered and dated. All food need to be stored in food grade containers not in tin can.

Comments

The main cook is taking English classes now at the Abby Community School and soon he will be taking a Food Safe course. Thank you.
Low temperature dishwasher is supplied with 50ppm of chlorine at the final rinse.
Please reorganized your walk in cooler and freezer ( remove boxes as they are not meant to be reusable and used for a food storage ).
Reorganized customers area and remove food from the public washroom. Immediately.

Follow up inspection will be conducted on December 6, 2016.
