STAFFING: 12180 - CCLR s.22(2)(a) - A licensee must ensure that each employee (a) is trained in the implementation of the fire drill system and emergency plan described in subsection (1), including the use of any equipment noted in the fire drill system and emergency plan.
Observation: Licensing noted a fire extinguisher was available on site, however, was unable to determine when it was last serviced.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure the fire extinguisher is serviced yearly.

Observation: Licensing reviewed 5 attendance records and noted 6 children were not signed out.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure the attendance records indicate time of arrival and departure when children are present.
