Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Concentration of the bleach sanitizer measured with over 200 ppm. 100-200 ppm is required to properly sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff diluted the bleach sanitizer to 200 ppm, follow the dilution factor of 1 teaspoon of bleach to 1 liter of water.

- Chest freezers located outside at -18C.
- Cooler #2 not in use.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Food products stored off the floor and organized.
- Chemicals stored on the floor under the food.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
