Follow-up Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. All hand sinks are easily accessible.
All coolers maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
All freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Front hot holding unit turned off at the time of inspection. Ensure hot holding unit is maintained at or above 60 degrees Celsius before place pre-heated food (74C or above) into the unit.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
General organization of facility has improved, especially:
- inside coolers
- storage racks
- dry storage
General sanitation of facility has improved, especially:
- Inside glass door cooler
- Dry storage shelves
- Outside of equipment and containers
- Underneath sinks
- Ventilation canopy and stove
At the time of inspection, all food items were covered and protected from contamination.

REMINDERS:
- All food items need to be protected from contamination.
- Do not store scoops/ladles directly in food containers as the handle could be potentially contaminated.
- Transfer any leftover flour/grains into a pest proof container if there is any leftover from the bag.
- Follow your sanitation plan for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning.
- Ensure to continually clean outside of equipment, shelves and storage containers regularly.
