- Ensure to have the sanitizer made before opening. Bleach sanitizer at 100ppm was made at the time of inspection.

- Build up of grease & soil observed on shelving racks, in between equipment, on stoves.
- Mouse droppings observed in the corner where the mixer is and on the bottom cabinet at the store front.
- Greasy equipment & counter surface.
- Soiled door frames of stand-up coolers.
Corrective Action(s):
- Conduct deep cleaning of the facility.
- Sanitize floors & surfaces affected with mouse droppings.
- Have cooking equipment (deep fryer, stove etc.) professionaly cleaned to remove all grease/food build up.
