Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer pail with cloth towel was at 100ppm. Sanitizer is currently changed twice a day.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain Quats sanitizer at 200ppm to properly sanitizer food contact surfaces and equipment. Sanitizer pail was refilled with 200ppm Quats sanitizer. Sanitizer will need to be changed more frequently.

Observation: A few rodent droppings were found in the front by the oven.
Corrective Action(s): Have facility serviced by professional pest control operator to eliminate pest issues. Clean and sanitize all affected areas and continue to monitor for pest activity.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Sandwich coolers were at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Food items are reheated to greater than 74C in the microwave prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice a day.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispensing at 200ppm and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment generally clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Washroom clean and handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and an air dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 11, 2023.

-COVID-19 safety plan displayed at the front counter.
-For dine-in, facility must post a seating capacity limit in the facility. Alternating seating used to provide 2m physical distancing.
-Serf-service beverage station reopened. Cup, lid, and straw are provided to the customer upon ordering. Signage posted to remind customers to use alcohol based sanitizer to sanitize hands, marker placed on the floor to remind customers to maintain 2m physical distancing, and beverage dispenser sanitized after each customer.
