Two handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers in kitchen and back storage room at 4C or less
- Freezers functional and maintained at less than 4C
- Storage room in the back is sanitary, food storage and packaging material is stored in the back room
- Four cooler and freezer units are available, temperature of coolers less than 4C. All freezers functional
- Accurate thermometers available for cold holding units
- Two domestic dishwashers are available. Ensure that you run the complete cycle that include the sanitizing step.
- Utensils and equipment in sanitary condition
- General sanitation good
- No evidence of pest activity noted
- FOODSAFE certification is verified at the time of inspection.

NOTE: one of the domestic dishwasher will be replaced with commercial dishwasher. Please send the specification of the equipment and let the area EHO know once it is installed.
