Display cooler temperatures
- 3C at the upper shelf (where salads and fruit cups are stored)
- 3C - 4C at the bottom shelf (where drinks are stored)

*Ensure there are gaps between the displayed products to allow for cold air to flow more freely
*Ensure displayed products are not blocking where the cold air comes in
*Use the thermometer in the front for measuring the temperature and ensure that this thermometer is placed near the front of the display cooler
