Routine Inspection - Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, liquid hand soap, and single-use paper towels *Temperature control - Front cooler, kitchen cooler below 4C - front freezer, kitchen freezer below -18C *General maintenance and sanitation - High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75.4C at the plate surface - QUATS sanitizer from the dispenser at 200ppm - No signs of pest activity observed - General sanitation satisfied - All food items stored off the ground - Facility is doing canning (picked vegetables and jam) and sells to the farmer's market, pH testing has been done and all below 4.6, labels contain accurate information (production date observed) Administration - Operating permit posted NOTES: please ensure to update the permit decal when received it please ensure all fridges are equipped with thermometer
