-Follow-up inspection to Feb 8, 2019. -Prep cooler has been serviced. Inserts were at 4C to 5C during prep and bottom was at 4C. -Deli slicer was found to be clean and well maintained. Slicer was disassembled at the time of inspection. -Health Permit hand delivered to facility. Permit is to be posted in a visible location. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
