On Follow-Up: *Remove the extra fridge + Countertop from the other side.
-Coolers are numbered + a temp logsheet has been developed.
-Commercial dw is on-site. Rinse temp. 73C at plate level.
-Hot + Cold running waters available at both sinks.
-Handsink has been re-installed by Cooler #4 & is fully equipped.
-Floor tiles have been grouted.
-thermometers provided in all coolers.
-200ppm bleach available in spray bottle & sanitizer bucket.

Conditions on permit: 1) No grease laden Vapors 2) Precooked meats only.
3) Single service utensils only.

No objections to licensing + operation. Permit fees paid by CC on the phone to the Billing Clerk ($12.50 for Mar. '20 & $150 for Apr. '20 - Mar. '21).
