Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (measured at 76.6 degrees C) at the plate level.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer temperature was satisfactory.
Hot-held food in the hot-holding display case were at or above 60 degrees C.
Hot-holding units for soup were empty. Soup was not being served/offered for sale at the time of inspection.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a spray bottle in the front service area and sanitizer pail in the back area.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Ice machine was in a clean condition. Minimal cleaning frequency is on a weekly basis for the ice machine according to the Operator.
Stand mixer bowl was in a clean condition.
Operator had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: July 13, 2025).
