Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The front entrance was opened at this time. The manager closed the door. Ensure door or screen door is closed at all time to discourage pest from entering.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezer measured at -18C or less.
Bi-weekly pest control service in place. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
3 compartment sink is fully equipped and in use.
Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm QUATs.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Ensure temperature log is available on site for review.
