Hand sink equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel, liquid soap./ NOTE: paper towel dispenser currently not working. In intern paper towel roll next to sink. -=Over all sanitation very good. -Upright 2 door cooler 1.2C -Under counter 2 door cooler - 0.1C. -display cooler - 2.3C. -Mini bar fridge - 3.4C-High temperature dish washer - 73.2C at utensil surface. -2-- ppm Quats sanitizer available. *Remember: wiping cloths are to be stored in sanitized solution when not in use or laundered after each use. *Reminder; coffee stirrer should always be stored in ice water and cleaned/sanitized after 4 hrs. -no signs of pests noted during inspection. -Permit posted. -Food Safe requirements met. * Reminder - keep written records of daily temperature checks and have available for review.
