Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Over 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected in the sanitizer spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected during the inspection**
Existing sanitizer solution was discarded. Reviewed the amount of bleach required to make 100 - 200 PPM bleach sanitizer solution (2 tsp bleach per 1 L water). Sanitizer test strips available on-site. Newly prepared sanitizer solution was detected with 200 PPM chlorine residual.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including units in the washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Hot hold unit for soup was holding soup at over 60.0C.
As per the operator, milk and cream carafes are changed out every 4 hours, with the leftover being discarded.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 88.0C at the gauge level and 75.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Interior of the ice machine noted sanitary.
Utensils and food contact equipment were noted in good condition and sanitary.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Operator has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certification.
