Follow-up inspection to the initial conducted on July 3, 2020 (RPT #: 248498). A sample of the sugar cane juice derived from the machine on-site (Cane Pro Plus - 5 rollers) was taken for microbiological analysis (total + fecal coliforms). The operator will also be submitting a sample to an accredited laboratory analysis. Health approval granted for operation with juices, smoothies, sandwiches and ice cream. Please not that your proposal for sugar cane operations is under review and that approval has not been granted yet for the operation of the sugar cane machine. Please note that the approval for operation with juices, smoothies, sandwiches and ice cream does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other agency.
