-Follow-up inspection to April 11, 2019. -Facility is currently serviced by professional pest control twice a week. Pest control reports indicate that rodents are still being captured. -Inspection of store found two dead rodents on glue boards in the front store and did not observe any dead rodents inside tin cats. -Droppings (black and green) and still being found throughout the store. Ensure staff are diligent in cleaning and sanitizing affected areas to effectively monitor for pest activity. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
