- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (frontal x2) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (chests) at < or = -18C
- Hot holding unit was not in use during inspection. Ensure it is capable of maintaining 60C or more.
- Temperature logs are being maintained for coolers and freezers
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in the sink
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Monitor temperatures of the large sliding door cooler in the kitchen. If the temperature is unable to return to 4C or takes a long time to do so, arrange for repairs on this cooler.
