Routine inspection conducted:
[Lunch service at 12:00pm]

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Records kept up to date.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm Quats available in buckets and labelled spray bottles.
-Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-General food storage practice excellent throughout.
-Good employee hygiene observed.

NOTE: Ensure to wait until the dishwasher has wash temperature at 60'C or above and rinse temperature at 82'C or above before starting to use the machine.

General sanitation level of the facility excellent throughout.
