- Dishwasher had >50ppm chlorine detected after final rinse cycle
- Rice scoops were no longer stored in water at room temperature and were stored in clean, dry containers. Reminder to wash and sanitize rice scoops every 2 hours.
- Ice machine still maintained in sanitary condition
