-Recommend covering the meat slicer when it is not in use.
-Recommend purchasing new chlorine test strips.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Reviewed food preparation practices with the operator. No advance preparation takes place.
Sink plugs available for use at the 3-compartment sink.
Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
