Back area of store:
Dairy walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C or colder.
Food and food related items were stored on shelves in the back wall.
Loaves of bread are sliced and package in the back where slice is stored.
-Ensure to thoroughly clean area so no food debris is left available for pests.
Pest control monitoring in place - contract with pest control company.
Receiving and disposal area was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Display coolers were at 4 deg C. Watch product levels so that they do not exceed the cooler line.
-Temperature on the front of open coolers is warmer.
Display freezers were at -18 deg C or colder.
No expired baby foods were found in the baby food section.
Keep back area in sanitary condition. Some spilled flour was on the floor underneath the shelf where bags of flour were stored.
Walk-in freezer was full. Some frozen foods were on the floor that need to be cleaned up.
Otherwise, overall sanitation was ok.
