-Followup inspection
-Beef patties were cooked to 75C. Ensure the chef continues to monitor internal cooking temperatures.
-Chefs are not contaminating hands and handling food products immediately after. Please ensure food handlers follow proper handwash procedures after any source of contamination.
-Paper towel holder have been moved to a more convenient location
-Glass washer is fixed and maintains 12.5-25 ppm iodine
-Plate scoop for the coleslaw has been removed
-Quat sanitizers are maintaining 200ppm in the buckets
