Observation: Mouse droppings were found in lower shelf of cupboard storing hot plates and a few droppings were found in corner under dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): Kitchen volunteer removed droppings and cleaned and sanitized all affected areas at time of inspection. Hot plates were washed and sanitized as well.
*Set traps and monitor these areas for any current pest activity.
