Comments

A follow up exam was performed for routine inspection MKIM-D3GT2Q and the following observations were made:
- No sign of pests
- Bean sprouts in room temperature again. If this violations repeats bean sprout container will be reduced to account for the 2 hour time limit
- Kitchen utensils kept in ice water baths
- Utensils not kept under paper towel dispensers
- Inserts not being kept ontop of inserts. ENSURE you do not keep inserts on top of inserts going forward
