General sanitation has improved. Back door is kept closed today. Deep cleaning will be done each Monday in the future. Keep eggs in the fridge when not using. Faucet must be kept clean. Replace missing tiles. Ticket issued for unsanitary condition at the last inspection. Ensure that the restaurant is cleaned daily and deep clean weekly to prevent future enforcement action from being taken.
