-Both upright coolers were at 4C.
-Under counter freezer was at -17C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Frozen shrimp were defrosted under cold running water.
-Cooked congee was properly cooled and was at 4C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 100ppm and 200ppm.
-Rice scoop water changed every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods covered and stored off the ground. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control operator (offered by T&T). No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 1, 2023.
