Routine health inspection.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers satisfactory.
Two compartment sink and dedicated hand washing sink available in back area. Hot and cold running water available for both. Liquid soap and paper towels available near hand sink.
Bleach available on site. Discussed: For a food contact surface sanitizer (e.g. for scoops) mix 1 teaspoon unscented household bleach in 1 litre of water (100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach).
Dry food storage satisfactory. Cans in good condition (sample of cans checked).
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
