Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUAT spray bottle and 2 sanitizer containers (freshly dispensed from the wall mounted dispenser) were noted with 100 PPM QUAT residual.
Corrective Action(s): Operator and staff is to stop using the wall mounted dispenser until a technician is able to come in to service the dispenser and the appropriate concentration is made available (as per Manufacturer's requirement).
Operator was instructed to use bleach sanitizer for the time being. 2 containers of bleach sanitizer were created and 200 PPM chlorine residual were detected from the containers. Some chlorine and QUAT test strips were left with the operator. Please purchase your own test strips to allow staff to know if the required concentration is available when using the sanitizer.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Soup in the hot hold units were at 64.0C and 66.0C.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 86.5C at the plate level and 76.7C at the rinse temperature gauge during the rinse cycle.
2 drain plugs available for the 2-compartment sink.
General cleanliness acceptable.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Note: Temperature logs for the refrigeration/ freezer units were noted in-use - however there were some missing entries. Please ensure to educate staff to use the logs every day.
