Items to be corrected:
- Small hole remains under sink in Deli. Most of the hole was filled but some steel wool has been displaced.
- Food storage temperatures for Potentially hazardous food items discussed. Information provided. Corporate food safety plan do not mention room temperature storage of potentially hazardous food items. Provide Health inspector with written confirmation from Head Office of approved Food Safety plan for Time tracking of potentially hazardous food items held outside of appropriate temperatures (between 4 and 60 degrees Celsius)
