-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.

- Bleach solution in spray bottle >100 ppm
-General sanitation is very good
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff
-Three comp sink are labelled

** Ensure to keep foods in sealed rodent proof containers along with clean utensils - sanitize all surfaces before food prep in morning
