Routine Inspection Completed. Permit posted and up to date. FoodSafe certified staff present during operation. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Back stand-up fridge at 4C or below. 2 Compartment sink available in back for manual dishwashing. Sale of Kombucha and Herbal loose leaf tea/powders. General sanitation and maintenance is good. Note: Operator reassessing business, has not been offering tea/coffee at the moment. Operator will update if any changes made to operation.
