Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Waffle cones displayed on counter were not protected and were exposed to public.
Corrective Action(s): Operator moved cones to the back counter away from public access. If you want to display the cones, you will need to have a plastic cover/sneeze guard to protect the food from contamination.

Dipper wells functional
Both ice cream freezers at <-18 deg C
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
3 compartment sink available, chlorine based powder mix in 3rd compartment at 100 ppm chlorine residual available to sanitize all utensils. Ensure to follow directions properly on container. Operator also has liquid bleach on site.
Ensure to have your bleach solution spray available at all times (1 teaspoon of bleach mixed with 1 liter of water)-- Bleach solution was kept in back room and brought out to front at time of inspection
Ice machine in sanitary condition
