- Premises is a food store that sells prepackaged foods only. No bulk foods/candy available at time of inspection. - Operator has added a new self contained coffee machine. Operator does not have the key, supplier (expident enterprises) has the key and comes on site to collect the money, refill and clean the unit at least monthly (usually more often). - All coolers 4C or less and freezers -18C or less - General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest activity. - Washroom hand sink equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. - Bleach available on site. - All foods appeared to be protected (ie. stored off the ground) and from commercial sources. - Operator confirmed he is no longer repackaging tea or carrying the Loriz brand perishable buns. No evidence of repackaging or temperature abuse at time of inspection.
