All hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Both 3 compartment sinks dispensing quats at 200ppm. Test strips available for use.
Soft serve ice cream machines cleaned and sanitized with Kay 5 sanitizer (100ppm chlorine) on a regular basis.
