*Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on Jun 26, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B24SEA)

- General sanitation has improved. Continue to perform regularly cleaning on floors, walls, handles, and hard to reach places.
- Syrup spill in the dry storage shelving has been cleaned up
- Bulk food scoops are stored in a container separate from the bulk bins
- Most food containers in the coolers are covered. A few food containers were still stacked on top of each other with no covers. Continue to work on this issue.
- Cardboard was removed from the kitchen
- No chemicals stored together with food
- Back door was closed at the time of inspection
