-Renovations upstairs are still planned. Send the floor plans to Fraser Health for approval before renovations start once the layout is finalized. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. No evidence of pests. The dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level. Check daily. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer solution was tested at 200 ppm. The ice machine was maintained in a sanitary condition. General sanitation was satisfactory.
