Routine Inspection: The following was observed at the time of inspection.

General Notes:
Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest.
Fully stocked hand sink in use for adequate hand washing with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hot and cold water available.
Food protected from contamination. Single use containers are sanitary.
3 compartment sink; 200 ppm QUAT in use.
Coolers at 4C and below.
Hot holding units at 60C and above.
Ice machine is sanitary with clean scoop.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and safe food practices.
Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink.
Covid Safety Plan in use - good.

Recommendation: Store fresh juice on lower back shelf of cooler where ambient temperature is at 4C or below.
Monitor food contents as temperature gets warmer.
