A follow-up inspection was conducted.
The premise has been closed since March 31, 2022 due to the closure order and has not been in operation since.

The premise has a display cooler at the front that can be used.
The operator will be using only disposable customer utensils/dishes at the moment until the dishwasher is fixed.
The operator indicated that the premise will remain closed.

If plan to open, please only use disposable customer utensils/dishes.
